Refund & Return Policy

At Geemova Store customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
📌 The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
- The product is used, worn, or damaged by the customer
- The return request is made after 24 hours
- The product is on sale/clearance (unless damaged or wrong)
- Packaging, accessories, or tags are missing

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us on WhatsApp / Email within 24 hours
- Share your order number and clear pictures/video of the issue
Our team will review and guide you through the next steps

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after product inspection
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are usually provided via:
- Bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
📌 Delivery charges and Product replacement charges are not refundable.

5. Exchange Policy
If eligible, we offer easy exchange instead of refund
- Exchange depends on product availability
- Delivery time for exchanged items may vary by city

6. Shipping Costs
If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we cover return shipping
If the return is due to customer preference, shipping charges are not refundable

7. Product Colors & Images Disclaimer
Actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting or screen resolution. This will not be considered a defect.
